Children and adults in a childcare setting can be exposed to a number of illnesses and communicable diseases. In order to protect yourself as a caregiver and the little ones in your classroom, educate yourself about required vaccinations, a facility’s sick policy in regard to when it is safe to return to the facility, preventing the spread of germs via good hygiene, and properly sanitizing tables, toys, furniture, and equipment daily.
